  • Welcome Message

The 12th International Conference on Cryptococcus & Cryptococcosis (ICCC) is hosted by The University of Exeter, United Kingdom, which will take place on 28th June - 3rd July 2026.

We are aiming to build on the strengths of previous events by bringing the international community of Cryptococcus researchers together to discuss the latest research, and act as a platform for researchers of all stages of their careers. In addition to the conference, we will be organising several workshops, and local excursions for participants to make the most of their visit.

This six-day meeting will include keynote lectures by scientific leaders, bridging sessions and workshops in seven themes: Clinical advances, Genomics/bioinformatics, Fungal cell biology, Immunology of Infection, Environmental Interactions, Host pathogen interactions, and Drugs and Vaccines.

In addition to excellent science, the participants will also be able to enjoy many networking opportunities with colleagues, and excursions (currently being organised).

We look forward to seeing you in June 2026!
Liz, Carolina, Ivy, Rhys and Liliane
